This workshop is intended to bring together advanced users of satellite data for climate applications from the National Meteorological Services in WMO RA VI. It will comprise lectures, exercises and working group discussions on the use of satellite data for climate monitoring. New teaching technologies will be used for the presentation of material, and prior to the classroom sessions, supporting information and some tasks will be provided by the participants.
