European satellite agencies, together with the Copernicus program of the European Commission, are providing and will provide key information on Ocean and Atmosphere based on Earth-observation data. This effort is largely based on the EUMETSAT and Copernicus present and future missions (Meteosat, Metop, Ocean Sentinel-3 and 6, Atmospheric Sentinel 3, 4 and 5), and products and services based on these data, enabling science studies. Products and services have been and will be developed and operated e.g. by the EUMETSAT Satellite Application Facility datasets (OSI SAF, AC SAF and CM SAF), ESA-CCI and Copernicus Services CMEMS, CAMS, C3S. Exploiting at best this wealth of data in Ocean-Atmosphere interaction topic is a key issue to both support further development in the thematic and allowing, in perspective, new applications and services.
