This training course is designed for marine weather forecasters from Central America and the Caribbean who have successfully completed a five-week online phase previously conducted. The goal is to enhance capacity in using satellite products from polar-orbiting satellites to improve the diagnosis of current marine weather conditions, thereby strengthening forecasting capabilities.
