Dear all
online learning methodology is the only way that the teaching of meteorology can now be made simple, easily understood unlike in the past and masses trained. I suggest that to achieve this, trainers should encourage trainees to: participate on online learning; determine what they can do on their own; display what they have done on what they have learnt before their friends and trainers. Finally, they should be rewarded. In our school, we are seeing results coming.
