Hello everybody,
some years ago (not that much) many meteorologists felt that training is enough in order to maintain or get competencies.
The wind of change has been blowing since, and training is more and more understood as a part of a loop, or if you prefer, a spiral: training - assessing - training - assessing..., each of these actions triggering and justifying the other one.
What do you think about that? How do you feel now and what are your expectations regarding the future course? Your input will be really appreciated, and will help us all in building up something useful for you!
