Hi All,
I have added the second part of the "It's all about performance" session. This completes the learning-training with a look at learning environments from a learner's and a trainer's perspective. I have also uploaded two png files for printing the diagrams.
Again, I look forward to your comments and ideas.
Tomorrow we will look at performance gaps and when training is and isn't the solution., ie, when to say, "Sorry but it's not my problem".
