I stare at my food when I’m eating it. I don’t know why. I think it’s cuz I’m thinking thoughts and I figure if I fix my eyes on my food no one will be creeped out.
I also talk to myself when I’m alone. It really helps me to process my thoughts when I hear them out loud lol.

I talk to myself too! Sometime I forget I am out in public and do it. It’s only if someone looks at me like I am crazy that I realize I am doing it. . .
