The Baltic+ course is a joint initiative of the National Meteorological Services of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland, who join forces in order to increase the knowledge and skills in the use of satellite observation data and to create a platform for exchanging ideas, applications and knowledge.
The 2017 course will focus on improving skills in monitoring the summertime convection.
The online phase of the course will take place 13 February - 3 March 2017, followed by a classroom phase 14-16 March 2017.
