This satellite applications course for nowcasting will help you improve your skills in identifying key weather systems and features found in Africa. You will learn about using satellite imagery and products for monitoring and nowcasting (forecasting in 0-6 hour time range). You will develop professional relationships with course participants and explore the use of a variety of web and mobile-based applications for communication and learning together.
