The EUMETSAT European Satellite Applications Facility on Support to Operational Hydrology and Water Management (H SAF) is based on the requirements of the hydrological community. H SAF generates, disseminates and archives high-quality satellite products to estimate key hydrological parameters, such as precipitation soil moisture and snow.
