Dear CALMeters,
May is about to begin. We will soon start our series of CALMet Online 2016 sessions. On behalf of CALMet Working Committee, it is our pleasure to welcome you. We do hope that the sessions will meet your expectation, inspire you in your professional work and connect you with other colleagues.
The kick-off session will consist of two shared webinars with WMO ToT course for RA III and IV, scheduled for 23 and 26 May 2016.

26 May 2016 at 15 UTC. Regional Focus Group of Central and South America and the Caribbean - Monthly Weather Briefing and Q&A session. Facilitators Mike Davison (NOAA) and Bernie Connell (CIRA).

The later sessions after kick-off will be hosted between June and October. The sessions may include a short live meeting, followed by asynchronous discussion time for making questions and further remarks. You will also have the opportunity to download the relevant resources or applications. You are welcome to use the ideas and shared resources at your own work later. One more shared session will take place with Eumetcal workshop in October towards the end of CALMet Online 2016.
