Thanks again for your presentation and forum. With competency assessment becoming a greater focus for so many organizations, it has been very helpful to gain insight on how you and the MSC are effectively tackling the task.

For those of you that haven't had a chance to watch Natalie's presentation, it's available for downloading and viewing. Natalie also posted two documents she uses in the assessment process: a self-assessment and a post-mortum analysis.
