  • Making your Online Sessions Effective

    • Web-conferencing enables the synchronous online training, but do we know how to use them effectively? We may be overwhelmed by their rich functionality or be troubled as novice to make use of them.

      How to reduce the preparation phase and still make a good use of the technology in the online session?

      In this session we plan to gather a list of suggestions from CALMet Onliners for how certain web conferencing features might be used for various instructional needs. Together we will discuss and prepare a range of proposals for potential uses for each functionality.

      The ultimate goal of this session is to have a Guide for Trainers for better web conferencing planning. Creative use of various online activities will eventually help us in our efforts to make our online instruction more engaging and inspiring for a learner.
