I was invited to join the program planning committee for the upcoming WMO Training Symposium in October. We have decided that we are going to try to make it more like a workshop, with real goals to achieve that will contribute to establishing WMO standards and creating innovations. For this reason, we are thinking of using discussion forums before, during, and after the symposium to extend the discussion beyond the week and beyond the limited number of attendees. Whether you are able or not able to join the symposium in Indonesian this year, what would encourage you to participate in these forums?

Great to know that we will not only have those theories but will actually put those into practice and experience and learn in a more attractive settings.
To be honest, that will be my first realy time of using an instructional forum.
